Mayor Dionisio Neil A. Balite graced the 6th Founding Anniversary and Oath Taking Ceremony of Valencia Persons with Disabilities Association (VALPEDA) on last 17th day of August 2022. He expressed his warm connection to children with special needs. During his talk, he assured the members that the municipal government supports the organization’s initiatives and that it will provide services as well.

Mayor Neil also inducted the newly elected officials of the organization in the same venue. Together with him is Ms. Mary Grace B. Lim, our very active and transparent MSWD Officer.
