PDSF Received! LGU Valencia received the Preliminary Disinfection and Storage Facility (PDSF) yesterday morning, March 4, 2023 per Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the DENR – Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) Region VII signed by Mayor Dionisio Neil Balite in Cebu for the provision of a free Preliminary Disinfection and Storage Facility (PDSF) last October 5, 2022.The PDSF is for healthcare wastes from quarantine facilities, testing facilities, vaccinations sites, and the like especially those from areas that are not serviced by a Treatment, Storage, and Disposal (TSD) Facility. #BarugValencia #ResiboSaSerbisyo
