Below is the orientation of the beneficiaries of the TUPAD Program of 3rd District Cong. Alexis Tutor. Sixty-eight (68) beneficiaries were part of the said program. The budget used was under the funding of Congresswoman Tutor.
PESO Officer Crestal Galula prepared the program, supported by Municipal Mayor Dionisio Neil A. Balite. Ms. Hera Athena Tutor and Ms. Fedel Dedil were the PTV Controller and Office Staff of Congresswoman Tutor.
