Mayor Neil Signs MOA with PCG

Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed by and between the Municipality of Valencia and the Philippine Coast Guard through Mayor Dionisio Neil A. Balite, and CG LTJG Edzel B. Gonzaga representing both departments. The memorandum includes the establishment of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Substation in Valencia, Bohol. 

The approval of this was made possible by the Sangguniang Bayan of Valencia, Bohol, through the massive efforts of Honorable Municipal Councilor Jerald Portrias for Peace and Order Committee and with the full support of Engr. Dionisio Neil A. Balite, our municipal mayor. The PCG-Valencia Substation shall have the support of Peace and Order Committee members Hon. Ritchie Salise and Hon. Zenon Bete. 

After years of longingness to have a substation, Valencia finally has PCG Valencia Substation! The substation will be located at Valencia Fishport, Canmanico, Valencia, Bohol. Also witnesses during the signing was Honorable Vice Mayor Aris “Dondon” Cometa and Municipal Councilors – Honorable Rammel Cagulada, Honorable Arnel Gamba, Honorable Ritchie Salise, and Honorable Zenon Bete.
