Last Tuesday, Mayor Dionisio Neil A. Balite visited Elmer Cainday’s humble home, a PWD, at Sitio Catunggan, Catug-an, Valencia, Bohol. The purpose of the visit is to check Elmer’s condition after a concerned citizen reported that he had an accident that made him struggle to walk. Sec. Daniel Martinez accompanied Mayor Neil with Councilor Rammel Cagulada of District 4. A big thank you to Mr. Elpidio Ada, a concerned resident of Elmer’s situation facilitating the team!
