Dr. Lyca | Health Care Mission
Dr. Lyca Cardenas was one of the dentists who participated in the Health Care Mission last August 28, 2022. She is a Valencianhon who resides at Barangay Anas, Valencia, Bohol. And she is an alumna of Valencia Technical-Vocational High School Batch 2011.
Her batchmates call her their own Angel Locsin, an actress who portrayed “Lyka Raymundo,” a werewolf in the ABS-CBN Series “Lobo.” Who would have thought that a “beauty and brain” lady like her crowned as Miss Intrams VTVHS 2010 turned licensed Dentist today?
Dreams do come true indeed. Thank you for your service to our beloved Valencianhons, Dr. Lyca!

The IPI FOUNDATION INC. is a non-stock and non-profit private voluntary organization undertaking humanitarian and development programs and services duly constituted under the laws of the Republic of the Philipines led by its President, Maria Celeste Wong. Together with the Municipal Government of Valencia, Bohol, headed by Honorable Mayor Dionisio Neil A. Balite, the two institutions just had a Health Care Mission last August 28, 2022.
The said mission provided dental consultations, Dental Kits, Hygiene Kits and Massage Creams, and Skin care consultations.
