Together with Mayor Neil is our Hon. Jerald Portrias, the Committee of Peace and Order Chairman. This is in partnership and coordination with the PNP Valencia, AFP/CAFGU, BFP, VIBER, Coast Guard, CHARLES Radio, BPATS, Force Multipliers, and the Valencia Inter-Fraternity and Sorority Council.

The ceremony aims to have a proper designation of enforcing the law, particularly the Municipal Ordinance on drinking liquors and any alcoholic beverages in the celebration of the Feast of Sr. Sto. Niño.

Moreover, it orients the respective personnel on their roles to prevent and control possible crimes, maintain peace and order, and ensure public safety and internal security of the Valencianhons.

In addition, Mayor Neil highlighted in his message to instill proper discipline at all times as respected and honorary persons in the municipality.
