Courtesy Call | VTVHS Girl Scouts

The Girl Scouts of Valencia Technical-Vocational High School (VTVHS) had the opportunity to have a courtesy call with the municipal mayor, Engr. Dionisio Neil A. Balite. The courtesy call also extends these young empowered girls to provide community services such as an initiative with projects involving water resources and solid waste management concerns that are needed immediate call. 

Ms. Jean Leslie Ocmen, the President of VTVHS Girl Scouts, had the opportunity to discuss matters concerning their water resources, one is the deep well of Barangay Cansibao, Valencia, Bohol, which was used by a few, would like to improvise its deep well for convenience that it can be more accessible to people. Ms. Gwen Bansig, resident of Poblacion Oriental, Valencia, Bohol, express her interest in providing a metal trash bin for Purok 3 and 4 to keep away its garbage from animals who love to play and eat what is inside of it. 

Mayor Neil expressed his outstanding support to these young leaders and advised them to process necessary measures to conduct the project soon.
