Civil Service Anniversary | Program

In celebration of the 122nd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, the Municipality of Valencia conducted the Monday Convocation Program with the theme, “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant Heroes.”

It was participated by its employees. Engr. Victor J. Bantol, the Executive Assistant of MPDC, led the opening prayer. Hon. Vice Mayor Aristotle Cometa welcomed all the participants of the program. Engr. Dionisio Neil A. Balite, JD, Ph.D., municipal mayor, emphasized during his message that as they work in their respective offices, they must religiously practice discipline, and dedication to work must be visible in their behaviors. Mrs. May Fatima Gamutan, the Head of HRMO, stated her strong stand regarding attendance through biometrics, log book, and other supporting measures to check employees’ attendance. 

Mayor Neil and his subordinates, look forward to serving the Valencianhons the best way they can. Let us work together so we can serve right. 

We understand that people long for better service. It is something that our humble Municipal Mayor Neil is fighting. May we always seek unity and stand humble as we partake in the change we wish to see for our beloved Valencia.
