2nd Wave TDC
In collaboration with Land Transportation Office (LTO) – Regional Office and Valencia LGU, Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) was launched last October. Now on it’s second wave, TDC seminar is currently ongoing, March 6, 2023 held at Marawis catering 250 applicants. Mayor Dionisio Neil Balite visited the event to personally inspect the ongoing event.
